There are so many beautiful puzzle brands we’d love to bring to Australia, but many of them require high upfront costs. Instead of taking that risk (and increasing prices), we’re trying something different.
This is our Community Pre-Order Series – a way for us to bring in brands you love at a reasonable price.
If we meet the minimum quantity, we place the order.
If not, no one loses out.
It’s our way of making oversea puzzles more accessible for everyone.
This March/April let bringing in Holiyay together.
How It Works
Pre-orders are open until 22 March 2026.
We need a minimum of 13 puzzle boxes in total across all designs.
If we reach 13, we will place the order.
If we don’t, you will receive a full refund.
Estimated shipping date: 22 April 2026.

How does the Community Pre-Order work?
We open selected puzzle brands for a limited pre-order period. Each release has a minimum total quantity that needs to be reached before we proceed.
If the minimum is reached, we place the order with the supplier.
If it isn’t reached, all orders will be fully refunded.

When will my puzzle ship?
Each release has its own estimated shipping timeline. Please refer to the product page for the specific ETA for that round.
