Who are we?
We’re a puzzle-loving couple based in Australia who believe in screen-free fun, beautiful design, and the joy of a good jigsaw. Our shop is all about sharing high-quality, beautifully designed puzzles around the world with fellow puzzlers across the country.
How do you select the puzzles, and where do they come from?
We carefully handpick each puzzle for its artwork, quality, and uniqueness. Most of our range is sourced from Asia and isn’t widely available in Australia, giving you access to beautiful puzzles you won’t find in big stores.
Why Pre-Order?
We use a pre-order model so we can offer a wider range of unique, high-quality puzzles without the high costs of holding bulk stock. This helps us keep prices fair, reduce waste, and bring you puzzles that aren't easily found in Australia. That said, we do keep a small selection of popular puzzles in stock for faster dispatch.
Will you restock sold-out puzzles?
Some of our puzzles are limited editions or small-batch imports, so once they’re gone, they may not come back. If you love something, we recommend snapping it up while it’s available!
Shipping & Returns:
How long does shipping take?
In-stock items are dispatched within 3 business day. Pre-orders will ship as soon as the puzzles arrive in Australia. We’ll always provide an estimated delivery date once we hear back from the supplier.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now, we’re focused on delivering across Australia. If you’re overseas and keen, feel free to reach out, we might be able to help!
Can I return or exchange my puzzle?
We want you to love your puzzle! If your item arrives damaged or there’s a problem, get in touch within 3 days and we’ll sort it out. Due to the nature of puzzles, we generally don’t offer change-of-mind returns once the seal is broken.
